Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared after payment authorization and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete address and for duties, taxes, or brokerage charges on international shipments. We will provide tracking when available and ask that delivery issues be reported promptly.
